Katharine Richardson, Partner
With over 20 years of experience in interactive marketing and public relations, Kate Richardson has been the driving force behind the online marketing and public relations for over 40 international brands including Peavey Electronics, Gibson Guitars, Wurlitzer Jukeboxes, and Baldwin Pianos. Her expertise in developing engaging, sticky content, online promotions, and cutting-edge site redesigns has gained her clients triple-digit increases in site traffic, user-satisfaction, and online sales.

Her public relations clients have appeared in publications such as the New York Times, Time Magazine, People, the Wall Street Journal, and on TV shows such as Good Morning America, Today Show, CNN, Saturday Night Live, Conan, Letterman, and CBS Sunday Morning.

Kate's many interactive projects include creating sites and content for the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, Dr. Phil, TNN (The Nashville Network), CMT (Country Music Television), the Country Music Foundation, WSM radio, the Grand Ole Opry, and HealthStream. As a publicist, she has represented clients such as Loretta Lynn, Alison Krauss, Tanya Tucker, Suzy Bogguss, Junior Brown, Mark O'Connor, Yo-Yo Ma, Capitol Records, Rounder Records, Sugar Hill Records, the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA), and the U.S. Postal Service.

Ms. Richardson has also served as a consultant to the Country Music Association, and currently sits on the board of Digital Nashville.

Lynn Tinsey, Partner
A marketing professional with over 12 years experience, Lynn has a proven record of success in strategy and advertising development, consumer research, and media placement. Most recently, Lynn worked with Procter & Gamble on the Pampers and Metamucil brands, creating targeted marketing programs for Pediatricians and Gastroenterologists. Her advertising campaigns include radio and television work for several regional Ford Dealer groups; and print, direct mail, and radio for USAIR and Blue Cross Blue Shield of the Mid-Atlantic States. Lynn has also worked with non-profit organizations, including Second Harvest and the American Association for the Blind.

Richlyn Marketing formed in 2007 and many of the clients we started with are still our clients today!
